Wirtschaftsakademie am Ring GmbH joins forces with CONSTELLATION ACADEMY GmbH

Within the framework of the cooperation, the owner of W.A.R. has decided to incorporate W.A.R. into CAG, thus significantly strengthening the education and coaching group. The aim is for W.A.R. to continue to operate independently in the market and to be able to concentrate on its core competences. CAG benefits from W.A.R.’s strong regional presence in the greater Cologne area, as well as competences in the field of job speed dating. W.A.R. benefits from various new locations as well as centralised processes. This will also create an expanded, coordinated education and coaching offer for clients.
The previous Managing Director Julia Frey-Illhardt will remain with the Business Academy in her current function. The former managing partner of W.A.R., Thomas Frey, will take over tasks in the extended management of the entire group, in which he will have a share in the future.
The aim is to relieve the group companies, which operate on the market in their own name, of administrative tasks, to professionalise them and to use synergies.
