ARCA, a CONSTELLATION Group, will be expanded to become the market leader in the field of wooden packaging and packaging services in German-speaking countries. ARCA’s focus is on implementing a consolidation strategy to create a cohesive network of mutually beneficial companies offering customised packaging solutions and services. The strategic approach will enable ARCA to unlock synergies within the Group and facilitate digital transformation and professionalisation of processes.

CONSTELLATION Energy (CE) aims to become a market leader in the field of photovoltaic installation services in Germany. As a platform for CE, Solar Wiebe will be a driving force behind the growth strategy and geographical expansion within Germany of the Group. The main focus of CE’s growth strategy is the consolidation of the photovoltaic installation market to create synergies within the Group, promote a know-how transfer between Group members and to professionalise processes.

The Swiss E-Mobility Group AG (SEMG) is the market-leading distributor of electric bicycles in Switzerland. By implementing CONSTELLATION’s growth-oriented strategy, SEMG has an excellent B2B channel and an established B2C distribution network covering Switzerland and Germany. In 2022, a majority stake of SEMG was sold to the TVS Motor Company.
