Andreas Schlegelmilch will remain in his position as managing director at lernen bohlscheid and will also take on additional tasks in the extended management of the entire group, in which he will be involved in the future.
The group companies appearing on the market in their own name are to be relieved of administrative tasks as well as benefit from the professional solutions of the group and contribute synergies to the community.
