CONSTELLATION Energy (“CE”) is pleased to announce the strategic integration of Solarwerke Deutschland GmbH (“Solarwerke”) as an extension of the Group. The investment in Solarwerke represents a significant achievement in CE’s growth strategy and marks the official regional expansion into Bavaria.

Solarwerke is a quickly-growing provider in high-quality photovoltaic consulting, planning, and installation services based in Landsberied. Solarwerke has extensive expertise in online branding and sales, which CE is poised to leverage within the Group. Further, CE’s proprietary software solution will enable Solarwerke to digitalise and streamline its entire value chain, liberating it from repeating administrative tasks and therefore unlocking substantial efficiency gains. These collaborative synergies, marked by complementary core competencies, not only assure mutual growth but also signifiy a substantial milestone in CE’s goal of becoming the leading provider for high-quality planning and installation services for PV solutions across Southern Germany.
