CONSTELLATION Energy GmbH and Iozzo GmbH & Co. KG join forces

The CONSTELLATION Energy Group (“CE”) is pleased to announce the strategic addition of Iozzo GmbH & Co. KG (“Iozzo”) to the Group, marking a cornerstone in realising CE’s vision of delivering high-quality sustainable energy solutions across Southern Germany.

Iozzo has established itself over the last 15 years as a premium provider of PV systems for residential clients in Baden-Wuerttemberg. Its participation in Iozzo does not only allow CE to further broaden its customer base, but also to leverage Iozzo’s extensive technical expertise in the planning and installation of PV systems along with its exceptional regional reputation. In addition to the top-notch planning and installation services for photovoltaic systems, Iozzo also offers its customers long-term storage solutions as a contractual partner of HPS Pikea, including their hydrogen storage. Joining CE provides Iozzo with the opportunity to digitalise its business model using CE’s proprietary software solution, enabling the Company to streamline its operations, alleviate administrative tasks and enhance the overall customer experience. Further, Iozzo will profit from the extensive experience of CE in sourcing as well as digital marketing.

Iozzo will continue to operate independently with its own brand and name in the market. The Founder & Managing Director, Claudio Iozzolino, will remain in his position, ensuring a seamless continuation of the excellent services that Iozzo’s clients have come to expect.
