CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH and HBL Lüftungsservices GmbH join forces

CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH (“CC”) is joining forces with HBL Lüftungsservices GmbH (“HBL”). This acquisition represents an important step in CC’s growth strategy and enables the company to establish a leading market presence in Austria in the field of air hygiene.

Based in Buchkirchen, HBL has evolved over recent years into a regional market leader and a reputable provider of high-quality services in the maintenance, cleaning, and hygiene inspection of air-handling systems. The company’s service offering combines hygiene and technology for ventilation systems and includes complex technical procedures such as robot- and camera-assisted inspections, dry ice cleaning, and surface sealing technologies. With more than 30 employees, HBL maintains long-standing relationships with prominent clients in the manufacturing industry, construction, property management, and the public sector.

HBL significantly contributes to CC’s geographic expansion into Austria. Due to its proximity to Munich, where CC is headquartered, both companies mutually benefit from existing customer and employee networks, helping to optimize resources and capacities. The acquisition allows CC to expand its technical expertise in air hygiene and drives forward the development and expansion of the  service offering in water hygiene in Austria. Consequently, HBL’s clients in Austria will soon benefit from a comprehensive range of air and water hygiene services, aligning to the service offerings already available to CC’s clients in Germany.

HBL’s co-founder and operational managing director, Manuel Hochmeier, aligns with the group’s strategic vision and will continue in his role within the company to ensure the continued growth of CC and HBL as part of CC.
