As part of the transaction, the owners have decided to incorporate TKA and TKC into CAG and thus significantly strengthen and digitize the education and coaching group. TKA and TKC will continue to operate independently and concentrate on their core competencies – scalable, digital IHK-trainings as well as high-quality IHK-Business Coach trainings. CAG benefits from TKA’s state-of-the-art EdTech software solutions, as well as extensive knowledge with regards to the production and marketing of online trainings. At the same time, TKC can offer its hybrid-learning services at more than 50 existing CAG locations in Germany and Switzerland, and profit from a large network of both corporate and private clients. Thus, creating an expanded, coordinated range of educational and coaching services for its customers.

Philipp Scholze will remain in his position as CEO of both entities, while also taking on additional tasks in the extended management of the group, of which he will be a shareholder in the future.

The cooperation of the various group companies within CAG will bring advantages for all participants. The aim is to relieve the individual companies of administrative tasks, professionalise them and exploit synergies. That way, services can be centralised, group- wide competence centres established, and digitalisation advanced.
