Iozzo GmbH and Bohnenstengel Elektro-Fachbetrieb join forces

Iozzo GmbH («Iozzo») acquires Bohnenstengel Elektro-Fachbetrieb («Bohnenstengel»), a company deeply rooted in the region of Gottmadingen, with over 25 years of experience in the field of photovoltaics. As the fourth acquisition under CONSTELLATION Energy GmbH («CE»), this investment enhances CE’s regional presence and establishes a leading position in the southern region of Baden-Württemberg. Looking ahead, Iozzo and Bohnenstengel will operate in the market under the corporate name Iozzo GmbH, merging the two most renowned photovoltaic specialists of the area.

Founded in 1995, over the past two decades Bohnenstengel has evolved into an outstanding planning and installation business for photovoltaic systems and electrical services. The acquisition and integration of Bohnenstengel not only allows Iozzo to expand its customer base, but also offers the opportunity to benefit from Bohnenstengel’s expertise in the distribution of PV systems and its excellent reputation in the region. At the same time, the merger enables Bohnenstengel to optimise operational processes of its day-to-day business, streamline administrative tasks and enhance inventory management.

Gert Bohnenstengel, the founder and managing director, will continue to be the primary contact person for his customers and will continue his work together with the Iozzo team to ensure the seamless continuation of Bohnenstengel’s excellent services.
