FOKUS Sprachen & Seminare GmbH joins forces with CONSTELLATION ACADEMY GmbH

As part of the transaction, the owners of FOKUS have decided to incorporate FOKUS into CAG and thus significantly strengthen the education and coaching group. The aim is for FOKUS to continue to operate independently in the market and to be able to concentrate on its core competencies. CAG benefits from FOKUS’ strong branch network, which allows CAG to expand its regional presence in southern Germany, as well as from its strong internal IT expertise, which drives CAG’s digitalisation process. At the same time, FOKUS benefits from the size of the entire group with various new locations as well as the centralised processes. This will also create an expanded, coordinated range of training and coaching services for customers.

The previous managing director of FOKUS, Jens Läsker, will remain active in FOKUS in his previous functions. In addition, he will take over tasks in the extended management of the overall group, in which he will be involved in the future.

The cooperation of the various group companies within CAG will bring advantages for all involved. Services can be centralised, group-wide competence centres can be established, and digitisation can be advanced. The aim is to relieve the individual companies operating on the market in their own name of administrative tasks, to professionalise them and to exploit synergies.
