cpc baulogistik GmbH joins forces with CONSTELLATION Baulogistik GmbH

cpc will become part of the newly founded CBG, under whose umbrella the future investments of the CONSTELLATION V fund in the construction logistics sector will be combined.

The previous owners of cpc have decided to sell the company to CBG in a leveraged buyout transaction. cpc was founded in 2006 and is now a well-known nationwide full-service provider for construction logistics. The range of services includes, for example, delivery logistics, waste disposal logistics, personnel logistics, construction site equipment and logistics planning.
