CONSTELLATION Clean and Clemens Holocher GmbH join forces

The owners of Holocher will integrate their company into CONSTELLATION Clean. The company will continue to operate independently on the market after the integration and the current managing director will remain in his position.

By merging with Holocher, CONSTELLATION Clean strengthens its position as a major provider of water and air quality services in the southern German region. The group gains access to Holocher’s long-standing customer portfolio of corporate and private customers, which shall enable future cross-selling of CONSTELLATION Clean’s existing and comprehensive service portfolio to Holocher’s customers. In addition, CONSTELLATION Clean will benefit from Holocher’s extensive experience and technical know-how in the field of water hygiene, with a special focus on descaling services.

The group companies within CONSTELLATION Clean are to be relieved of administrative tasks, contribute synergies to the community and benefit from the group’s professional solutions, especially with regard to the digitalisation of processes.
