CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH and Lüftungs-Reinigungs-Service Franz Sedlmeier GmbH are joining forces

CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH (“CC”) announces the strategic integration of Lüftungs-Reinigungs-Service Franz Sedlmeier GmbH (“LRS”) into KEBOS Hydroclean GmbH (“KHC”). With the integration of LRS into KHC, CC strengthens its regional presence in the greater Munich area by gaining a new location and expands its technical know-how in the areas of maintenance, cleaning and hygiene inspection of ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

LRS, founded in 2005, is a company rooted in Munich that has developed into a specialized service provider in the air hygiene industry over the last two decades. Thanks to its many years of experience and expertise in technically complex projects, LRS enjoys an excellent reputation in the region.

KHC will benefit from this expertise and be able to expand its service portfolio to include increasingly complex tasks such as the maintenance of fire dampers and the replacement of ventilation fans – areas that require in-depth technical expertise and corresponding certifications. For LRS, the merger will enable the optimization of operational procedures in day-to-day business,  stabilisation of administrative processes and efficient capacity utilisation through the distribution of tasks between the locations of LRS in the south and KHC in the north of Munich.

The founder and managing director of LRS, Franz Sedlmeier, will remain the central contact person for the customers and will continue the business of LRS together with the KHC team to ensure a smooth continuation of operations as part of KHC and CC.
