CONSTELLATION CAPITAL sets up Co-Investment to support the growth strategy of the CONSTELLATION Clean Group

Together with existing investors from the CONSTELLATION VI fund, CONSTELLATION CAPITAL has successfully set up a Co-Investment to fuel the continued growth strategy of the CONSTELLATION Clean Group. The additional capital will be used to finance further suitable acquisitions of complementary companies and to develop the CONSTELLATION Clean Group into the market leader in the field of water and air hygiene in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

The oversubscribed Co-Investment reached its hard cap within just a few weeks. The efficient fundraising process highlights the strong interest and confidence of existing CONSTELLATION VI investors in the strategy and management of the CONSTELLATION Clean Group. In addition to the hard cap, the CONSTELLATION CAPITAL team has also committed an additional ca. 10% to hold a significant stake in this Co-Investment.
