Constellation acquires Copytrend Group

We are pleased to announce that Constellation in close collaboration with the management has successfully acquired Copytrend Group (www.copytrend.ch) based in Switzerland.
The company is a specialized provider of plotting-, scanning- and printing services with 8 branches active in a very fragmented market in the German and French speaking part of Switzerland. Copytrend can look back on a 30-years company history and stands for a high service level. Among the wide base of customers are leading companies in the field of construction, pharmaceutical-, luxury- and other industry sectors.
The acquisition of the company took place in close cooperation with the current owner related to his succession planning. The future plan is to foster the organic growth of the company by selective add-on acquisitions in line with the Buy-&-Build of Constellation.
