BSG Bildungsinstitut für Soziales und Gesundheit GmbH joins forces with CONSTELLATION ACADEMY GmbH

On 17 August 2021, the corresponding contracts were signed at the notary’s office in Essen. As part of the transaction, the owners of BSG have decided to incorporate BSG into CAG and thus significantly strengthen the education and coaching group. The aim of BSG is to continue to operate independently and to concentrate on its core competences. At the same time, BSG benefits from the size of the overall group and the central processes. The result is an expanded, coordinated range of educational and coaching services for its clients.

The previous shareholders of BSG and the managing director, Alexander Weber, will remain active in their previous functions at BSG. In addition, they will assume management responsibilities in the CAG Group, in which they will be integrated in the future.n.

The cooperation of the various group companies within CAG brings advantages for all involved. For example, services can be centralised, group-wide competence centres can be established, and digitalisation can be advanced. The aim is to relieve the individual companies of administrative tasks, to professionalise them and to exploit synergies.
