CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH and HyBraTec GmbH join forces

CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH (“CC”) is joining forces with HyBraTec GmbH (“HyBraTec”). The acquisition of the specialized ventilation hygiene service provider consolidates CC’s regional market leadership in Austria and strengthens its offering in the air hygiene segment.

Based in Ried im Traunkreis (Austria), HyBraTec has quickly developed into a leading regional service provider for ventilation hygiene since its foundation in 2020. The range of services mainly includes cleaning, inspection and maintenance services for ventilation and air conditioning systems for customers in the hospitality, property management and manufacturing sectors, where regulatory requirements demand increased hygiene standards. With customary certifications in accordance with AstV. §13, ÖNORM H 6031 and VDI 6022, HyBraTec complies with all requirements to serve customers across different industries with their wide range of technical requirements.

The geographical proximity to HBL Lüftungsservices, which joined CC in November 2024, allows both companies – while retaining their established brands – to work closely together and realize direct synergies, such as in the flexible allocation of personnel capacities or the consolidation of administrative functions.

Patrick Kloiböck, founder and managing director of HyBraTec, shares the Group’s strategic vision and will remain with the company in his role to ensure the continued growth of CC in Austria as well as HyBraTec as part of CC and support the organic development of the drinking water hygiene sector in Austria. Patrick Kloiböck reinvests a substantial share back into the Group.
