ARCA Holding GmbH and Skagit Valley Packaging GmbH join forces

ARCA Holding GmbH («ARCA») announces the Group’s strategic investment in Skagit Valley Packaging GmbH («SVP»). The investment in SVP represents an important step in ARCA’s growth strategy and marks the regional expansion into Brandenburg. It strengthens ARCA’s presence in eastern Germany, a strategically important region for supplier relations with Poland and Eastern Europe.

SVP is a wooden packaging manufacturer based in Brandenburg and has been run as a traditional and dynamic family business since its foundation in 2009. The company specialises in the production and trade of wooden packaging materials, making it an ideal addition to the ARCA Group. SVP is joining forces with ARCA to create synergies, particularly in the area of purchasing, with existing and future ARCA Group members and to boost inorganic growth by expanding its product portfolio.

SVP will be seamlessly integrated into ARCA while retaining its independent brand and market presence. SVP’s founder and Managing Director, Ken Märting, is aligned with the Group’s strategic vision and will remain in his role within the company and re-invest in ARCA. This will ensure a smooth transition and pave the way for SVP’s continued growth as part of ARCA.
