Sonalis Group Holding GmbH and NET Nerbl Elektrotechnik GmbH join forces
Pfäffikon, 22. September 2026
Sonalis Group Holding GmbH (“Sonalis”) is pleased to announce the strategic addition of NET Nerbl Elektrotechnik GmbH (“NET Nerbl”) to the Group, a strongly regionally anchored electrical engineering and installation company in the Puchheim area. NET Nerbl marks Sonalis’ seventh acquisition and further expands its regional presence and market position in Bavaria. With NET Nerbl, Sonalis gains an experienced specialist in electrical planning and installation that ideally complements the existing photovoltaic expertise of Solarwerke Deutschland GmbH, a Sonalis subsidiary already active in the region. The geographic proximity of the two companies has already fostered close collaboration in the past, which the investment will now further strengthen. In the medium term, a closer partnership between NET Nerbl and Solarwerke Deutschland is planned, enabling customers to receive electrical and photovoltaic solutions from a single source and allowing projects to be delivered jointly.
Over the past decades, NET Nerbl has developed into an established planning and installation company for electrical engineering and enjoys an excellent reputation in the region among private customers, public institutions, and commercial clients alike. For Sonalis, the investment represents an expansion of its customer base as well as access to proven expertise and experienced local specialists. For NET Nerbl, the partnership opens access to the resources and structures of a growing group, relieves administrative burdens, and creates room for further growth.
The founder, Herbert Nerbl, will remain with the company for a transition period and personally oversee the handover of business and customer relationships. Andreas Nerbl, the founder’s son, will continue to lead NET Nerbl’s operational activities and will be supported going forward by Andreas Huber, currently site manager at Solarwerke Deutschland. This ensures continuity of day-to-day operations, consistency for customers and partners, and a step-by-step expansion of collaboration within the group.
