With the foundation of the NexaFides Group, CONSTELLATION launches the development of a leading platform for tax advisors and auditors in Germany. As part of the CONSTELLATION VI fund, NexaFides pursues the strategic objective of bringing together selected and regionally leading tax advisory and auditing firms, strengthening their position over the long-term, and ensuring sustainable succession solutions.
