CONSTELLATION Clean joins forces with Royal-Service and Rohr-Royal

CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH («CC») is expanding its service network in the field of water hygiene by joining forces with two established companies from the greater Munich area: Royal-Service GmbH («Royal-Service»), an accredited laboratory for drinking water analysis, and Rohr-Royal GmbH («Rohr-Royal»), a specialized pipe cleaning company with a focus on water pipes and TV inspections. By integrating the two companies, CC is expanding its presence in Southern Germany and gaining additional expertise in the sampling and analysis of drinking water and the inspection of water pipes in buildings.

Royal-Service, based in Feldafing near Munich, was founded in 2005 and has become a leading accredited drinking water laboratory in Southern Germany. The company specializes in sampling, microbiological and chemical analyses and professional assessment in accordance with the German Drinking Water Directive. Among their customers are clients from the housing industry, local authorities as well as commercial and institutional operators of drinking water systems. The subsidiary Rohr-Royal is an experienced pipe cleaning company that specializes in the cleaning, maintenance and camera inspection of water pipes.

Sebastian Witzan, former Managing Director and co-owner, will remain on board in a management role. Together with the team of CC, he will actively shape the growth course in the region. Thomas Fischer, founder and long-standing majority shareholder, is handing over his shares as part of a regulated succession solution. „With CONSTELLATION Clean, we have found a partner who shares our values and will support our further development with experience, a network and foresight”, says Witzan.
