ARCA Holding GmbH and Abresch Industrieverpackung GmbH join forces

ARCA Holding GmbH («ARCA») announces the Group’s strategic investment in Abresch Industrieverpackung GmbH («Abresch Verpackung»). With the addition of Abresch Verpackung, ARCA consistently continues its sustainable growth strategy and strengthens its presence in southwestern Germany, particularly in the economically strong Rhine-Neckar region. The transaction represents another targeted step in expanding the ARCA group as a platform for industrial packaging solutions.

Abresch Verpackung, headquartered in Viernheim, employs more than 50 people and is among the established providers of industrial packaging solutions in southwestern Germany. The company is distinguished by its strong, process-oriented collaboration with industrial customers. Its core focus includes in-house packaging, intralogistics, serial packaging, and spare parts management for demanding industrial applications.

Through integration into the ARCA group, Abresch Verpackung expands its development potential and benefits from the group’s interregional network, its diversified customer portfolio across industries, and the exchange of expertise within the group. At the same time, existing customers of both ARCA and Abresch Verpackung gain access to an even broader range of services, from traditional industrial packaging and process-integrated logistics solutions to highly customized packaging concepts along complex industrial value chains.
