CONSTELLATION closes Continuation Fund at ~€100 million
Pfäffikon, 9. October 2026
CONSTELLATION CAPITAL AG (“CONSTELLATION”), a Swiss-based private equity firm focused on asset-light businesses in the DACH region, is pleased to announce the successful closing of a single-asset continuation fund for CONSTELLATION Academy Group. The new fund advised by CONSTELLATION, CONSTELLATION Academy Continuation SCSp, has secured total commitments of ~€100 million with Committed Advisors acting as sole lead investor for the transaction.
We are grateful to Committed Advisors for acting as lead investor in the continuation fund, which acquired CONSTELLATION Academy from CONSTELLATION V and its associated co-investment vehicle, and to all investors who have committed alongside them. The fund provides CONSTELLATION Academy with an extended holding period and additional capital to fund the rollout of new locations and the continuation of the group’s disciplined Buy & Build strategy.
CONSTELLATION Academy is one of Germany’s leading adult-education platforms. Headquartered in Berlin, the group operates a national footprint of more than 200 locations combined with online and blended delivery, with a strong focus on government-funded clients across coaching and occupational training. Since CONSTELLATION’s initial investment, the platform’s revenue and EBITDA has grown more than tenfold. Several exciting add-on acquisitions are already lined up for 2026, positioning the group well to become the market leader in German adult education over the coming years.
Alexander Weber and Jens Läsker, Co-CEOs of CONSTELLATION Academy, commented:
“CONSTELLATION has been a strong partner over the past years in building CONSTELLATION Academy Group into a national platform and we are pleased to continue this partnership with a new group of investors backing the next phase of our growth. The additional capital allows us to accelerate the rollout of new locations and to keep consolidating a fragmented market, while staying focused on outcomes for our learners and our public-sector partners.”
Our thanks go to Asante Capital Group as exclusive global fundraising adviser, to Lincoln International for the fairness opinion, and to Osborne Clarke, LAB Partners and Hogan Lovells Cadwalader for their legal advice throughout the transaction.
