CONSTELLATION V sells its stake in CONSTELLATION Baulogistik Group to Zeppelin Rental, part of the Zeppelin Group

CONSTELLATION V, a fund exclusively advised by CONSTELLATION CAPITAL, has sold its stake in CONSTELLATION Baulogistik Group («CB») to Zeppelin Rental GmbH, a subsidiary of the Zeppelin Group. The completion of the transaction remains subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.

CONSTELLATION Baulogistik Group comprises the operating entities cpc baulogistik GmbH («cpc») and GreenLean Baulogistik GmbH («GLB») and is among the leading providers of integrated construction logistics solutions in Germany for the execution of complex construction projects. The Group’s service offering ranges from early-stage logistics planning and full site setup to the operational management of material, waste, and personnel flows on large-scale construction sites. This is complemented by digital solutions and IT-based access control systems to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant site operations.

Since CONSTELLATION’s investment in 2020, the Group has been systematically developed and has significantly strengthened its market position through organic growth in a structurally growing segment.
