ARCA Holding GmbH and KIPA Industrie-Verpackungs GmbH join forces

ARCA Holding GmbH (“ARCA”) announces the strategic addition of KIPA Industrie-Verpackungs GmbH (“KIPA”) to the group. With this transaction, ARCA continues to pursue its consistent growth strategy and strengthens its presence in central Germany. The integration of KIPA represents a further targeted step in the expansion of the ARCA group in the field of industrial packaging and packaging services.

Founded in 1980, KIPA is owner-managed and operates three sites in Hanover, Magdeburg, and Bielefeld. The company is among the established providers of industrial packaging services. KIPA employs experienced teams and has strong expertise in packaging, storage, and shipping, as well as in the production of packaging materials.

By joining the ARCA Group, KIPA expands its development potential and benefits from the Germany-wide network, additional capacities, and professional exchange within the group. At the same time, KIPA strengthens the ARCA network, particularly in the segment of packaging services, and complements the group’s existing production expertise in wooden packaging solutions and pallets.

Following the integration, KIPA will continue to operate with its established identity. Operational continuity is ensured by the existing management team and long-standing site managers.
