CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH («CC») joins forces with AQUA-TECHNIK Beratungs GmbH («AQUA-TECHNIK»). The acquisition of the specialized service provider in the field of industrial water treatment and processing strengthens CC’s footprint in Southern Germany and marks another important step in its growth strategy.

Since its foundation over 25 years ago, the firm based in Nuremberg has built up an excellent reputation and developed into a leading provider of industrial water hygiene services in Southern Germany. In addition to chemical and technical water treatment, inspection and maintenance of water-bearing systems, this also includes the operation of a laboratory used for chemical analysis of water samples. In addition to its wide range of services, AQUA-TECHNIK also has a comprehensive product portfolio of cleaning, disinfection and water treatment products. These are used by customers to maintain their water-carrying systems between cleaning and maintenance intervals, positioning AQUA-TECHNIK as a full-service provider of industrial water hygiene.

Jürgen Tauschek, Managing Director of AQUA-TECHNIK, shares the group’s strategic vision and will remain with the company in his role to continue the growth of CC and AQUA-TECHNIK as part of the group.
