CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH and Eisschmitt GmbH & Co. KG join forces

CONSTELLATION Clean GmbH («CC») joins forces with Eisschmitt GmbH & Co. KG («Eisschmitt»). With the acquisition of the specialized air ventilation cleaning company, CC is expanding its regional market presence in the north of Bavaria and strengthening its range of services in the field of air hygiene.

Since its foundation in 2010, the company based in Rottendorf has developed into a leading regional provider of cleaning, inspection and maintenance services for ventilation and air-conditioning systems, differentiating itself particularly through its expertise in dry ice cleaning technology. Dry ice cleaning is a gentle and residue-free cleaning process in which frozen CO₂ (dry ice) is blasted onto contaminated surfaces at high pressure. For many customers, dry ice cleaning is particularly advantageous as it is gentle on materials, environmentally friendly and can be carried out without interrupting operations – ideal for sensitive surfaces or running systems. With a team of 19 employees, modern equipment and certifications in accordance with VDI 6022 and DIN 12599, Eisschmitt’s range of services meets the technically complex hygiene requirements of customers from strictly regulated sectors such as the manufacturing industry, gastronomy or food production.

The acquisition expands CC’s presence in northern Bavaria and further strengthens its fast-growing air hygiene segment. Thomas Schmitt, founder and Managing Director of Eisschmitt, shares the group’s strategic vision and will remain with the company in his role to ensure the continued growth of CC and Eisschmitt as part of the group. Thomas Schmitt reinvests a substantial share back into the group.
