Management acquires Häsler Group

We are pleased to inform you about the successful sale of the Häsler Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Constellation, to the management of Häsler.
Häsler plans, installs and services heating systems, ventilation and alternative energy systems in single and multifamily houses as well as industrial buildings. Häsler looks back at a 30-year history and has become synonymous for a high service-standard. Throughout our cooperation Häsler has grown significantly. This allowed the Häsler as a platform company to successfully execute add-on acquisitions of competitors to further strengthen its regional reach and product offering.
Today, Häsler is the regional market-leader in the Basel region and employs more than 120 employees at 9 branches.
