We are pleased to inform you about the successful sale of the H\u00e4sler Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Constellation, to the management of H\u00e4sler.<\/p>\n

H\u00e4sler plans, installs and services heating systems, ventilation and alternative energy systems in single and multifamily houses as well as industrial buildings. H\u00e4sler looks back at a 30-year history and has become synonymous for a high service-standard. Throughout our cooperation H\u00e4sler has grown significantly. This allowed the H\u00e4sler as a platform company to successfully execute add-on acquisitions of competitors to further strengthen its regional reach and product offering.<\/p>\n
