We are pleased to announce that Constellation has acquired a majority stake in Roth Brandschutz (www.roth.ch) jointly with the company\u2019s management.<\/p>\n

Founded 1958 in Gerlafingen (Switzerland), the company is the leading provider of fire protection and insulation services in Switzerland with approximately 200 employees and revenues of CHF 40 million.<\/p>\n

Roth specializes in heating, ventilation, air condition and sanitary insulations and fire protection measures for infrastructure projects such as tunnels as well as residential and commercial buildings. The company operates through four branches in Gerlafingen (Solothurn), Lausen (Basel-Land), R\u00fcmlang (Z\u00fcrich) and Malters (Luzern).<\/p>\n

The management buyout took place in close cooperation with the current owners and management. With the transaction we intend to further foster the organic growth of the company by selective add-on acquisitions within the highly fragmented market for fire protection and insulation services to expand the market share as well as the service offering as part of the Buy-&-Build strategy of Constellation. Stefan Blaser, CEO, adds: \u201cThe partnership with Constellation enables us to accelerate our expansion. As a result, Roth can offer to our clients a broader portfolio of high-end services within the area of fire protection and insulation in the future.
