ARCA Holding GmbH (\u00abARCA\u00bb) announces the Group’s strategic investment in Ziesenhenne Holzbau und Holzhandel GmbH (\u00abZiesenhenne\u00bb) through its subsidiary Exportverpackung Sehnde GmbH (\u00abEVS\u00bb). The investment in Ziesenhenne represents a significant step in the growth strategy of ARCA and EVS and marks the expansion of their presence in Saxony-Anhalt, a strategically important region in central Germany.<\/p>\n

Ziesenhenne, based in Benneckenstein, was founded in 1997 and employs eleven people. Since its foundation, Ziesenhenne has specialised in the production of special wood pallets. Through its integration into EVS, Ziesenhenne can expand its range of services, benefiting from access to EVS\u2019 production and logistics resources. The existing customers of both companies will thus be able to access an even broader portfolio of packaging and timber construction solutions in future – from export crates and special pallets to customised industrial packaging and logistics-related services such as container stowage and on-site service.<\/p>\n

Managing Director and previous owner Ren\u00e9 Ziesenhenne will remain in his local role after the takeover and will actively support the future direction of the company together with the EVS management team to ensure a smooth transition and secure his personal succession solution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
