CONSTELLATION Energy Group (\u201cCE\u201d) announces the Group’s strategic investment in Sonalis GmbH and Sonalis Luxembourg S.A. (\u201cSonalis\u201d). The investment in Sonalis represents a significant achievement in CE’s growth strategy and marks the official regional expansion into Saarland and Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Over the past 15 years, Sonalis has established itself as a leading provider of PV systems for private and commercial customers in Saarland and Luxembourg. The company differentiates itself from the competition primarily through the high quality of its products and services. In addition, Sonalis offers its customers all-round protection including a minimum yield guarantee for their PV systems, which will be rolled out across the entire CE Group in the future.<\/p>\n

By acquiring a stake in Sonalis, CE is assuming a leading position in the market for PV systems in Luxembourg. Due to the government’s ambitious sustainability targets and the associated supportive regulatory framework, Luxembourg represents an attractive growth market for CE, in which Sonalis’ market position is to be further expanded.<\/p>\n

Sonalis will continue to operate independently on the market and the managing directors will continue to manage the company’s operations in the future.
