Freienbach, 1st of September, 2018<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Colag AG is one of the leading distributors of e-bikes in Switzerland. The well-known traditional Swiss brands “Cilo”, “Allegro” as well as “Simpel” and “Zenith” are in the company’s portfolio. <\/p>\n

Colag will become part of the newly founded Swiss E-Mobility Group AG, under whose umbrella we will combine CONSTELLATION V’s future investments in the e-mobility sector.<\/p>\n

lexander M\u00fcller, the founder of Colag commented as follows: “With CONSTELLATION, an industrially competent financial investor is taking a stake in Colag. The investment is a first step in the succession solution for me. In a second step, I plan to hand over the operational management of Colag by the end of this year at the latest after more than 20 years.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The “Colag” brand will continue to exist and guarantees an unchanged high standard of service for the products distributed. We will continue to invest in the in-house 2-wheel brands “Cilo”, “Allegro”, “Zenith” and “Saxonette” and further sharpen and advance the successful model of the traditional Swiss brands. <\/p>\n

The establishment of the Swiss E-Mobility Group marks the beginning of the development of our e-mobility platform in the DACH region. We are currently in advanced exclusive talks with further companies in the DACH region that ideally complement Colag. <\/p>\n
